If you put something out on the internet it will never go away it will always be out there in the world. Even if you decide to delete it, it is still out there forever. This could ruin your life in a second by posting something dumb and can get you caught for it. You could lose your job, your family might not like you anymore, You could lose your scholarship to a school that you would have loved to go to and would have accepted you with out posting something dumb.

That is the power of you digital footprint. Just like how you step on something you can not stop of what you did. It impossible to delete something that you deleted. It may seem that it is gone, but yo can hack it and they can find out what you texted and you will get in trouble for it. Then all of the backlash comes toward you. That is what the digital footprint is all about and be carful.
