 My Digital Footprint

Did you know that you could get rejected from high schools and even colleges just by posting something on the internet? There are a lot of ways on how to avoid doing this, one of them is just being smart on the internet. You do this by making sure everything you post on the internet is not bad. Even if you think something you post something and delete it, the thing is never really gone. 

Digital footprint is all the information online about a person posted by that person or by others. Everybody looks at your digital footprint whether you like it or you want to keep it private. If you don’t do anything bad on your digital footprint then you have nothing to worry about. Being smart online really isn’t that hard, people just always make it hard. I know this because I have seen people that get rejected by their dream schools because they were being stupid.

There are many more reasons why you have to know everything about your digital footprint. This is why it is super important that you know what is on your digital footprint, because that could be the difference between you getting a good job, or you getting a bad one.
