My Digital Footprint

What I learned from this unit is I learned that lying your way into getting is not the best. Also it can turn back on you and cause something bad to happen like you could get fired from your job because they posted something someone was not supposed to know or something bad. I also learned that a lot of people lie to get stuff they want and they should not do that because it can turn back on them and make them lose something they wanted. Also they can do something bad and lie. They are popular and have friends. They can lie if they have fans if they job requires to be popular. 

How I will apply what I learned to my digital footprint is by this.

Everything you put on your phone or say something to someone over text someone that was just scrolling and they found something bad about you they can show the people that are about to hire you or your friends. Also if someone is trying to hire someone and they found you and you were a good match for the job so they decide to hire you. But later they found something about you that is bad and you can lose your job from that stuff. Your friends can leave you too. So when I am older I will focus on what I put on stuff and text people because later on that can get you in trouble. So this is what I will do when I am older and how I will apply what I learned to my digital footprint.

How I can be kind to others and yourself while I navigate social media is by. I can still be nice while helping others by if someone posted something bad I can tell the person they did something bad. Also I can tell the person they posted something bad if they are going to get hired to do something I can just show them that and see if they are okay with that. What I can do now is I can tell my mom and dad that they did that. If it is someone from my family I can tell my mom and dad and they can tell them that they did something bad and tell them to check it. I can also tell them myself and still be nice about it. This is what I would do to still be kind to others while I navigate social media.
