Digital footprint

Did you know that your reputation can get ruined from one online post? This is called a digital footprint. A digital footprint is the information about a person online that lasts forever.  You may post something as a joke but others don’t take it the right way, you may lie online and someone catches you, or posting anything bad about you that you do. These things can get shared very easily to anyone and schools may see them. Depending on what the topic is, hiring managers, or school administrators can kick you out and warn other people about the things you say and do online. People you don’t know personally probably think you act that way in person and will stay away from you. This is also very dangerous and people can track you. Everything online lasts forever and everyone can see it so be careful what you post.
