About Mrs. Leonard

Welcome to Middle School Language Arts at St. Joseph School!

My name is Kiley Leonard, and I have been teaching for 17 years.  This is my 9th year at SJS, and I am very grateful to work in this school community.  

I am originally from the Gulf Coast of Mississippi, and I have attended Catholic Schools my whole life. I spent my undergraduate years at a Jesuit college in Mobile, AL (Spring Hill) and my graduate school years at the University of Notre Dame earning my M.Ed.  My husband and I moved our family to Bowling Green several years ago.  We have 3 boys - 2 that attend SJS and 1 in high school. 

Some of my favorite things are a good cup of coffee, lots of time with family, Notre Dame football, Atlanta Braves baseball, and trips to Target and Barnes and Noble.  I am excited to work with and learn about all of my  students this year.
