Who: 6th - 12th Grade

When: Tuesday, March 17, 2020 (snow date: March 19, 2020)

Where: Parkesburg Point Youth Center (700 Main Street, Parkesburg, PA 19365)

Schedule:

• 8:00 - 9:00 am - Arrival and Set Up
• 9:00 am - 1:15 pm - Judging
• 1:15 pm - Dismissal for District Buses/Vans
• 1:30 pm - Dismissal for Parents and Cars
• 6:00 - 7:00 pm - Open House
• 7:00 pm - Breakdown and removal of projects

Awards Ceremony:

• Where - TCHS Pickering Campus (1580 Charlestown Rd., Phoenixville, PA 19460)
• When - Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at 7:00 pm
• Who - Students who have an award designation attached to their project board after judging are asked to attend
• Important - MANDATORY MEETING for students advancing to the Delaware Valley Science Fair immediately after the awards program (you will not be allowed to attend the Del-Val Science Fair if you do not attend the meeting after the awards ceremony)
