Hello! My name is Mrs. Theresa Leberfinger. This will be my 10th year of teaching Kindergarten at Saint Joe's. However, I have quite a long history with Saint Joseph School. I attended Saint Joseph School from 1st through 8th grade (class of 2004!), and I also completed my student teaching at SJS in Kindergarten in 2012. I absolutely LOVE teaching not only Kindergarten, but teaching Kindergarten at my former grade school. It is an honor, a privilege, and a joy to teach at Saint Joe's!
I received my B.A. in Elementary Education K-6 and Special Education K-12 from Neumann University in 2012. Prior to teaching Kindergarten, I have taught Pre-Kindergarten and have experience working in Special Education. I truly love being in Kindergarten and honestly think it's the best place to be!
I have been married to my wonderful husband and best friend, Aaron, for 11 years! We have two children: our daughter, Ella is 5 and will be attending Kindergarten at Saint Joe's, and my son Aiden is 3 and will be in the Prek 3 class at Saint Joes. We reside in Honey Brook with our Pug named Mickey.Â
My husband is just as big of a Disney fan as me! We had a Disney fairy tale themed wedding, went to Disney World on our honeymoon, and our house is covered in Disney decor! In my spare time I like to be crafty (painting, drawing, making gifts, decor projects, Disney projects, Silhouette Cameo projects -vinyl cutting, Pinterest projects, etc.), spend time with my family and friends, go to the beach, shopping and of course going to Disney World!
