Conclusion

Is it good or bad when they change different rules from before to now? Some are good for them, but some are bad for them. Most of them hate it when they change the rules. The reason the NBA has changed rules is to make the game more fair to other people, that way they won’t complain about it too much. Some players may not like the rule changes because they have to learn what might be considered a foul or not. For example as right now James Harden tries to get called foul whenever people guard him in the three point line and he shoots. Usually they will call foul but right now they just change it. So you can’t really say if it is good or bad. It really depends on people that play for the NBA.
