After exploring the things the German government did to German citizens during the Holocaust, it is fair to say that they manipulated them. The main form of manipulation they used was propaganda, they made themselves seem like the victims, rather than the ones doing the awful things. They were shielded from the rest of the world. After reading all of is, do you think that the German citizens were justified in not doing much about the holocaust or do you think that they didn’t know enough to really feel motivated to do anything about it. Everyone knows the concentration camps during the Holocaust were terrifying, however what is also terrifying, it how a government could hide this from their citizens and convince them that their country was doing the right thing. We must not let this happen again, because it can be extremely dangerous. A government can pretty much do whatever they want, if they have their citizens supporting them. Even today, in whatever country you may be in, you could be being manipulated by your government without even realizing it. If we are not careful, this could possibly lead to something like the Holocaust happening again.
