My topic is about Colonial Teeth.

It covers the time period around the 1700s.

It helped us progress with medicine and dental hygiene.

d. What are some major historical themes that you discover?

I discover that technology was limited and modern medicine has come a long way since this time period for the better. I also learned more in depth about how and why dental hygiene was so poor at that time.

e. What is your purpose for researching this topic?

I want to learn more about dental hygiene because I think it is interesting to learn about the problems our founding fathers were facing and I want to compare modern dentistry to what we used to do.
