The 2023-2024 school year marks the beginning of my 29th year of teaching. I have been at St.Joseph Grade School for all 29 of those years teaching just one year in fourth grade and the rest of the time with the third graders. One might say my passion is this age group. During my teaching career I have been honored to receive the Light of Learning Award (now known as Christ the teacher.)
I am married to my high school sweetheart and we just celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary over the summer break.
Some of my interests include reading, traveling, working on jigsaw puzzles and spending time with with my family and my 2 dogs. We have Windsor who is a 2 1/2 year old female great dane and Paddington who is a 9 month old male Great Pyrenees. (Yes, we are crazy to have 2 of such a giant breed but we enjoy every minute with them.)
Born in Toronto, Canada I am an avid ice hockey fan!
