2022 december performance

On Sunday, December 11, 2022, the students of St. John's Choir School had their third performance of the program year with "Love Will Be Born," by Lloyd Larson during the Offertory Anthem. They later joined the adult Parish Choir to perform John Rutter's "Tomorrow Shall Be My Dancing Day."

2022 NOVEMBER PERFORMANCE

On Sunday, November 6, 2022, the students of St. John's Choir School had their second performance of the program year with "Sing Out My Soul," by Marques L.A. Garrett. This performance was very special, as the Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church, The Most Rev. Michael B. Curry worshipped with us this day. A big day for our St. John's community!

2022 OCTOBER PERFORMANCE

On Sunday, October 9, 2022, the students of St. John's Choir School had their first performance of the new program year with "Be More Kind," by Frank Turner.

2022 culmination recital

On Saturday, April 9, 2022, the students of St. John's Choir School performed an end of year culmination recital in celebration of our very successful first year back after pandemic restrictions caused us to take a year and a half long hiatus.

March 2022 performance

St. John's Choir School performs "I Shall Not Live in Vain," composed by J. Reese Norris in the sanctuary at St. John's Episcopal Church on November 14, 2021. Featuring Abigail Keller on violin and Jennifer McPherson on piano.

february 2022 performance

St. John's Choir School performs "If I Had a Hammer," by Pete Seeger and Lee Hays in the sanctuary at St. John's Episcopal Church on February 13, 2022. Additionally, the Parish Choir joined up with the students of the Choir School to perform "I Wish I Knew How It Would Feel To Be Free," by Dr. Billy Taylor, arranged by Olin Johannessen. Featuring Zach Jagentenfl on Bass Guitar.

December 2021 performance

St. John's Choir School performs "Lo How a Rose," arranged by Debra Morton in the sanctuary at St. John's Episcopal Church on December 12, 2021 during the annual Service of Lessons and Carols. Additionally, the Choir School later joined our adult Parish Choir to perform "Riu Riu Chiu," arranged by Mark Burrows.
