Regulations

Students should enroll in cohorts based on their grade level for the upcoming school year.

Pricing is broken up into two sessions.

There will be a late fee of $25 if payments are delayed.

Invoices will be emailed, all payments will be charged through FACTS. 

Check and Cash payments will be accepted for non SJE families. 

Extension

Morning Extension is an addition$50/week. [7:00 am - 8:00 am]

Academic sessions and activities start at 8:00 am and end at 3:00 pm. 

A late fee of $2 per minute will be applied after 6:00 pm. 

Afternoon extension is included in tuition.

All students must be signed in and out of Extension daily by an authorized adult.  

Students who are signed into Extension will be served an afternoon snack daily at 3:30 pm.

Hourly Rate: $15 per student

Dress Code

Modesty and simplicity are guiding principles for summer dress code.

Leggings and jeggings cannot be worn as pants alone. Shorts or skirts must be worn over
leggings or jeggings.

Jeans in good repair (with no holes, intentional or otherwise) are acceptable

Pants of any kind must fit appropriately (not too tight, not too loose). Pants should be worn at the waist (no sagging).

Halters, tank tops, or spaghetti straps are not allowed.

No midriff shirts, loose baggy trousers, cutoffs, see-through shirts, or bike shorts are allowed.

Objectionable clothing displaying images (e.g., alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or themes) are not allowed.

Code of Conduct

As a participant of SJE Summer I agree to:

...be kind, courteous, and respectful to all peers and adults.

...engage actively in all classes and follow the instructions of all teachers.

...be trustworthy, honest, and make good choices.

...be responsible for their own words and actions.

...follow all rules outlined in the Parent/Student handbook

If a child’s behavior interferes with the program, consequences such as suspension or expulsion may occur.

 The following items are not permitted: cell phones, smart watches, and personal electronic devices without permission.
