Welcome to 8th grade math!

Back to School Night Presentation

Our daily schedule is at the bottom of the page.

Here are the topics we will study this year:

• Real numbers

• Exponents

• Functions and graphing of linear equations

• Proportional relationships and lines

• Solving linear equations

• Solving systems of linear equations

• Pythagorean Theorem

• Volume of Cylinders, Cones, and Spheres

• Congruence and Similarity

• Statistics

• Homework will be given most every night, with the exception of the day of a quiz or test. 

• Tests and quizzes will be announced below and in class at least 2 school days in advance.
