North Africa

Africa is often an unknown or generalized continent. We do not always recognize the distinct culture and ethnicity of the African nations. We talk as if Africa is one place. We will dissect the continent, the nations and the ethnic groups. Northern Africa is different than Western Africa and South Africa. Culturally speaking it is substantially different due to the massive desert isolating the regions of Africa. We will take a closer look at Egypt and the culture and traditions of the area.
