This document provides an overview of the Box City event and experience. This is another suggested document to print and take with you when you are soliciting supporters.

REQUIRED FORMS FOR ATTENDING
Required for each participant. You will provide information about the participant, family contacts, insurance provider and health information.
Youth events provide us with lots of great opportunities to learn, share, and grow. We have the chance to deepen our faith and grow our relationships with God and each other. In order to get the most out of each event, we make some promises to ourselves and to each other about who we will be and how we will act.
The forms gives youth participants permission from a parent/guardian to participate in Box City 2023.
In addition to being an educational and life-changing experience, Box City 2023 is a fundraiser. Each participant must have 2 sponsors in order to participate in Box City 2023. See the GIVE page for more details about our goal. All funds raised will go to support the construction of a homeless shelter in Pottstown managed by Pottstown Beacon of Hope.
