Identified young people access bespoke one to one support by a key worker.
There is no employability focus at this stage and support is centered around wellbeing and engagement.
This is likely to include a home visit being conducted in the first instance as part of an outreach approach.
In some instances this can be the starting point for an Activity Agreement

Young people will be provided with one to one support by a key worker

Activities are bespoke and person-centred with a focus on individual needs
Can include confidence building, support with positive routines
EMA (for those eligible)
Young people will be supported in small groups - generally groups of 6-8
Delivery will take place over 4-5 full days
Can build on personal development which has taken place at Stage 1
Tends to include an element of accredited learning
Can include a training allowance
Builds upon personal development from stage 2
Focuses on vocational training, work experience and volunteering
Activities can include work readiness and skills training, job search advice
Focus on finding volunteering or work placements
Support to access job opportunities
Activities can include job search support, job matching, career information, advice and guidance, employer engagement
Focus on supporting those who are in work
Focuses on in work progression and skills development
