Once referrals are submitted, we will be in contact regarding next steps.
For young people in P7, S3 and S4 a face to face meeting with the named professional will be arranged to gather necessary information and discuss planning for support.
For young people in P1-S3 initial contact will be made via email or telephone to gather additional information for the Screening Group.
