No. While this program exposes students to the Berkeley experience, we encourage everyone to apply, regardless of their college preferences. However, we do prioritize students who express a strong desire to attend Berkeley.

For UC applications, extracurricular activities include any non-academic pursuits outside the classroom. While we cannot guarantee admission to UC Berkeley, EBHS ensures that you are thoroughly prepared to submit a highly competitive application. With the comprehensive application support offered, students in EBHS are significantly more likely to gain acceptance.
Our program is 100% virtual, conducted via Zoom and Google Classroom. In June, you'll have the opportunity to attend an in-person regional workshop, with a virtual option available if you're unable to attend. We are also working on making more in-person workshops available in the future.
