Reading

The contemporary instruction in myView helps teachers address literacy, content areas, social-emotional learning and – most importantly — student curiosity every day. Using whole group and small group instruction, the reading block follows a gradual release model that enables teachers to easily differentiate to meet all students' learning needs. Student authors participate in daily minilessons where they're immersed in genres through mentor texts and can develop their own writer's craft.

Math

Progress in Mathematics provides rigorous content focused on conceptual understanding of key math skills and concepts. This series provides students with the foundation skills needed to become proficient in math. The set up of the textbook and workbook assist students in gaining confidence and mastery of math skills.

Religion

Pflaum Gospel Weeklies Faith Formation Program

Every week, the children gather for prayer, song, and an activity that taps into something they already know or have experienced and introduces the Sunday Gospel theme. They proclaim the Gospel together and then learn the related Church teaching and doctrine. Games, discussion questions, and activities reinforce the Scripture, doctrine, and life application.

Handwriting

Zaner-Blossom Handwriting, Catholic Edition, allows students to practice their manuscript and learn cursive while also embracing their faith. Each letter is paired with faith-based words to remind students of God's importance in their lives.

Social Studies

Scholastic News inspires a love for reading and learning in every second grader. They look at science, social studies and social development from a kid’s perspective—making the topics teachers need to teach relevant and exciting for the students!

Science

Elevate Science is a comprehensive science series that focuses on active, student-centered learning. The blended print and digital curriculum engages students inquiry learning and hands-on investigation. This series builds students' critical thinking, questioning, and collaborating skills.
