Curriculum Information:

  • ELA (English , Spelling, Reading) - Pearson Scott Foresman Reading Street

    • Scott Foresman Reading Street is a comprehensive Reading and Language Arts series. Reading Street delivers classic and soon-to-be classic literature, scientifically research-based instruction, and a wealth of groundbreaking experiences for high student engagement. The program has a strong core emphasis on ongoing progress-monitoring and an explicit plan for managing various groups of students. The architecture of Understanding by Design accelerates all learners toward greater proficiency with a sustained Unit focus on concepts and language.

  • Math- Sadlier School Progress in Mathematics

    • Progress in Mathematics provides rigorous content focused on building deep conceptual understanding of key math skills and concepts at each grade level. Progress in Mathematics will provide students with the foundational skills needed to become proficient in math. The curriculum uses a consistent instructional approach, with stepped-out lessons, to help learners gain confidence and master skills.

  • Science- Pearson Scott Foresman Science

    • Scott Foresman Science provides inquiry-rich content with Scaffolded Inquiry activities and cross-curricular connections that link reading and science skills in every chapter. The curriculum is organized into four units- Life, Earth, Physical, and Space & Technology. Each unit contains a balance between key science content and hands-on activities that support each lesson.

  • Social Studies- Pearson MyWorld Social Studies

    • With MyWorld Social Studies for Grades K-5, learning comes alive through storytelling, literacy instruction, and flexible resources. Stories from our world engage students and help develop thoughtful, literate citizens. Lessons apply inquiry processes, practice reading and writing, and involve collaboration and communication skills. Blended learning experiences include an interactive Student Worktext that shares the story of our nation's ideals, communities, and people.

  • Religion- Spirit of Truth

    • Spirit of Truth covers the breadth of the entire Catechism in a rich and age-appropriate way and is designed to connect with all students within the Catholic Faith. Spirit of Truth is designed to help them internalize the Faith and apply it to their own lives, providing ample opportunity for them to reflect on how everything they are learning applies to their own lived experience.
