I’m so glad you’re here and I'm so blessed to have all of you in class this year!
After college I spent seven years teaching and living in California. During this time I was also a member of Loyola Marymount University’s PLACE Corps. I taught junior high math and 4th Grade at St. Anthony of Padua School in Gardena, California. It's nice to be back in the Midwest and closer to family as I grew up with seven siblings in the Chicago area.
Currently, I enjoy spending time with my family and I love teaching 3rd Grade! Also, I’m so happy to be taking part in the professional, spiritual, and community activities at St. Gabriel!
Degrees: I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana. I earned my master’s degree in Child and Adolescent Literacy from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California.
Certification: I hold a State of Missouri Career Continuous Professional Certificate (CCPC) in Elementary Education Grades 1-6 and a Special Reading Certificate in Grades K-12. I also have my Religious Certification.
