Every child is a potential artist with a gift to share with the world. All students can excel at art when they are accepted for who they are, and where they are, on their educational journey. Students simply need someone who believes in them and provides them with the tools needed to succeed. Balanced learning takes place in a positive, safe environment, filled with wonder and joy.  If it wasn't for the art teachers who inspired and motivated me, I would not be the teacher and artist I am today. Consequently, my greatest aspiration is for my students to love art as much as I do.
