Meet Mrs. Moore

       Welcome back to school, second grade families!  My name is Kelly Moore, and I'm currently in my 18th year of teaching.  I've taught second grade for 15 years, and third grade for 2 years. I'm so happy to be a part of the St. Francis community! 

       I graduated from Winthrop University in South Carolina with a BS in Elementary Education in 2004, and I earned my Masters degree from Columbia College (in SC) in 2007.  My husband, Arthur, and I first met when I began teaching in SC, and we've been married for 16 years now.  Our daughter, Amber, is 15 years old and is a sophomore at Bridgeport High School, and our son, David Gunnar, is 5 years old and is in Kindergraten here.  

       I absolutely love what I do for a living, and look forward to the opportunity to educate and help my students learn and grow in their faith and academics!  This is going to be a wonderful year for us all!
