Your purchase will support South Sudan Ministries, St. Francis Creche pre-school scholarship, and the
Creche operating budget that supports community outreach and service organizations and programs who
call St. Francis Home.

The committee is asking for teen servers to serve the meal and a hat will be passed to collect donations for Family Ministries. Pizza and entertainment will be provided.
Volunteers to set up the week prior and day of, and to clean up will also be requested.
Volunteers to contribute to the hors d'oeuvres.

2. Are donated items, services, and experiences tax deductible?
Sponsor and other donations are tax deductible. The church's IRS tax ID is provided on the donation form on the first 'Welcome and Donations' tab. Please consult your tax advisors regarding donations if you have questions.
3. What if I would like to approach a business, what first steps would I take and how would I coordinate this with the committee?
On the 'Donation Forms and Materials' menu bar three links are provided. These provide talking points for engaging local businesses, a donation letter for the business owner, and a donation and tax form for their records and for our administering the auction item.
4. St. Francis has a lot of events scheduled for this year, how can I make the best use of my time to support these events?
Purchasing a ticket to the Gala dinner and auction is a great way to participate. Your presence is a welcome contribution and if you have time to help more, we appreciate that too.
5. I am looking for ideas of what to contribute. Do you have ideas?
Vacation Experiences (Have a rental experience and interested in donating a week or weekend?)
Team up with other Franciscans to purchase an experience or a group of experiences (e.g., hotel, tickets to a show, and restaurant voucher)
Complete-a-Task Services (in the past Franciscans have teamed up to provide yard and handyman services; services provided as a typical business legal, tax, financial planning).
Hosted Experiences (host a dinner; offer lessons on an instrument)
