What you eat effects your health. I'm sure we all know that. They effect your mental and physical health. By eating healthy and doing physical activity, you can lose weight and become stronger. It is so important to eat healthy so you don't start contracting heart disease's and don't become at risk to strokes and heart attacks. To live a healthy lifestyle, you need to have a good balance between healthy food choices and good exercise choices. Here is an example of a healthy life style choice:
Breakfast: wholemeal toast with butter and peanut butter, and a piece of fruit
Lunch: Glass of Water, Avocado and egg sandwich
Snack: Fruit, Vegetable sticks and hummus
Dinner: Fried rice
Just because you eat healthy doesn't mean that you have to go off takeaways all together. I mean you can if you want but we are saying that you just need to have them occasionally or like special treats. Another way you can make healthy choices is by choosing fruit over lollies/candy. Fruit is still sweet and there is so many different choices that you could have.
