Inaccurate claims about the system: 

a. Hazard: Immersion cooling can be marketed as "eco-friendly" while still using non-biodegradable, toxic, or greenhouse-gas-emitting fluids. It is possible to claim a reduction in carbon emissions without disclosing fluid lifecycle emissions, disposal risks, or fluid manufacturing footprint. 

b. Solution: Shall be transparent in lifecycle assessments, real emissions data, and sustainable sourcing. Also pursuing this part certification for sustainability claims.

Neglecting pump and condenser maintenance: 

a. Hazard: Operating the system with clogged or malfunctioning pumps and condensers reduces heat dissipation. The result of this is overheating and potential fires. 

b. Solution: Create a schedule for common inspections and maintenance that should be performed to ensure the parts of the system are working properly.
