Advisor Meetings:
We meet with Vin D'Agostino every Monday to discuss the technical details of the project (~1 hour)
We also meet with Vin D'Agostino every Wednesday night for supplementary workshops on topics that will be useful to our project (~2 hours)
We also meet with Professor Zewde Bi-Weekly on Wednesdays to discuss project management tasks (~30 minutes)
The team maintains active communications inside and outside of class. We maintain several communication channels to share documents and files between ourselves and our advisors. All team members have been active participants in all important decisions and meetings.
A challenge we have during our in-class meetings is members having classes overlap during the time:
Christopher & Arminder have class until 3:15 pm during the Fall Semester
Vincent & Nicholas have a class starting at 3:00 pm on Tuesdays during the Spring Semester
February 2025 Assessment:
We continue weekly Advisor meetings with Vin D'Agostino following the same schedule
Communications with Vin D'Agostino have increased frequency for discussing technical queries and connecting with technical experts on understanding how to utilize Renesas hardware and software components
Key Tasks have been divided and distributed amongst the team:
Device-to-Bluetooth Module Communications: (Andrew, Vincent, Erik)
Bluetooth Module-to-Microcontroller Communications: (Chris, Vincent, Arminder)
Microcontroller-to-Microprocessor Communications: (Chris, Vincent, Nick, Arminder, Erik)
User Interface & Control: (Erik, Nick)
Microprocessor-to-Output: (Andrew, Arminder)
A GitHub repository has been established to enable efficient sharing of project code between one another.
