To Do:

Step 1: Get DSRC to transmit information from Raspberry Pi

Step 1b: Run Motor Routines on fans and collect data from them as well.

Step 2: Transmit Fan and LIDAR data to other raspberry pi and run fan speed on that raspberry pi accordingly

Step 3: Attach fans to boats, set a set routine of speeds for lead boat and have other maintain distance based on sensor and information data.
