Q1. Describe your product to us
A. A unique business insights solution, connecting all your data sources and empowering your employees with self-service analytical capabilities from data analysis and visualization to AI/ML based advanced insights. Our unique technology enables business teams to consume data in business terms without the technical knowledge of underlying system. We make it as simple as using excel to analyze live data.
Q2. What type of data and how can our employees use it?
A. Our product enables real-time and secured access to any of your data stores - from on-prem operational systems to on-cloud data lakes and warehouses. Out of the box, we enable many analytical capabilities, which your employees would need to drive value out of data - search, business definitions, data analysis, data profiling, visualization etc. Sophisticated users can generate more advanced insights using custom database queries, data preparation and even AI/ML models.
Q3. There are quite a few analytics products in the market. How are you different?
A. According to a McKinsey report, employees spend 1.8 hours every day -- 9.3 hours per week, on average -- searching and gathering information. Current analytics solutions focus mostly on graphs and charts, with limited ability to analyze real-time enterprise data, since that process relies on internal IT teams to get the information from underlying data sources. This slows the process down. Hence, our unique approach lies in solving for Dynamic Data Access first, enabling data discovery, connectivity, and security, that are pre-requisites to any data analytics. We use this unique engine to power multiple analytical capabilities from real-time data analysis and visualization to AI/ML insights
Q4. We are in the process of moving to cloud, how do you help clients who are in this transition stage?
A. That's the strength of our solution. Business users interact with a business defined data model, which handles translation of business queries to technical queries, using our Dynamic Data Access solution. On the contrary, current analytics solutions must directly connect with multiple data sources for every business query. Hence when you move your data from on-prem to cloud, it disrupts all existing analytics.
With our product you can use the data on-prem today and minimize all the changes to your analytics when you move your data to cloud. Your data teams will need to reflect the changes only at one place, without impacting any of the Dashboards, Queries or AI Notebooks.
Q5. Many of our employees need customized view of the information stored in our operational systems. How do you solve that problem?
A. Our goal is to give your teams the ability to create value through data, by equipping them with the tools they need to do so. Hence, we give complete flexibility to functional data owners and IT teams to create any custom view of the data before publishing it. Along with basic no-code functionality for joining, filtering, and grouping data, we also provide integrated coding environment for your engineers to use SQL, Python etc. to create the customized data products.
