We can offer confidentiality and trained volunteers. To request help, email mhm@stekc.org, and a volunteer will respond.

SUPPORT GROUPS

Groups will be formed based on the most requested areas of interest (caring for loved ones with mental health issues, depression, anxiety, addiction, etc.).
