Will the vertebrates involved in your research ever be within a non-natural setting, handled, detained, or contacted even briefly?
a. Yes................................. You need IACUC approval. Please complete an Animal Use Protocol

can your research influence, modify, or disrupt the behavior and/or activity patterns of the animals involved?
