The following reports are available for faculty to view through Salesforce Advisor Link. View the instructional videos below for more information on navigating each report.
SAL Reports - Submitted Alerts Summary.mp4Submitted Alerts Summary
This report allows faculty to view all alerts they have submitted. Most information on the report is provided by the faculty when the alert is submitted. Two fields are updated by the student's Success Coach:
Status: Indicates if the alert has been resolved by the Success Coach
Alert Outcome: Success Coach's comments regarding the outcome of the alert

This report allows faculty to view all alerts that have been submitted for their student advisees. The purpose of this report is to provide faculty advisors with additional insight into the alerts submitted for their students and the outcomes of those alerts. Most information on the report is provided by the submitter of the alert. The four fields below are maintained by the student's Success Coach:
Status: Indicates if the alert has been resolved by the Success Coach
Alert Outcome: Success Coach's comments regarding the outcome of the alert
The following fields apply only to registration concerns and part-time registration concerns:
Registration Prediction: Indicates whether or not the student intends to return for the following semester
Registration Note: Success Coach's comments regarding the registration prediction
