Innovation Workshops will take place May 18 - 29, 2026. These workshops will be open to all faculty and will cover the following topics:

• Advancing the QEP: Post Graduation Readiness Across the Curriculum
• Thoughtful and Purposeful Use of Artificial Intelligence

The Innovation Fellowship supports faculty who need time, resources, and expertise to include pedagogical experimentation in their courses. Innovation Fellows both conduct a pedagogical experiment and help grow a culture of pedagogical innovation at St. Edward’s University. Fellows participate in the Innovation Institute in May and a year-long learning community devoted to course development and pedagogical innovation.

35% of Current Ranked Faculty Have Been Fellows
After more than a decade of the innovation fellowship, there have been 11 cohorts, with innovation fellows coming from every school, and covering 50 subjects. More than a third (37%) of current ranked faculty have participated.
