The Oxford Test of English for Schools is a computer-adaptive general English proficiency test recommended for 12–16 year olds. Developed by Oxford University Press and certified by the University of Oxford, it is more flexible, cost-effective, and faster than traditional proficiency tests.
The level and format is exactly the same as the Oxford Test of English, but the content is tailored to suit the interests and experiences of younger test takers. The report cards and certificates issued for the Oxford Test of English for Schools are identical to those issued for the Oxford Test of English.
