Coach Kevin Roberts is entering his 6th season as the head coach of the St. Dominic Crusaders and 12th overall as a head coach, and also serves as the schools Director of Athletics. Prior to St.Dominic, Coach Roberts served as the head basketball coach at Cape Notre Dame High School from 2008 - 2014 and took two years off the serve as the Athletic Director at DeSmet High School. Coach Roberts played Division I Basketball at Southeast Missouri State, where he received a Physical Education degree. While at SEMO, Coach Roberts led the nation in assist to turnover ratio and was 12th in the nation in assist per game. He still currently holds the assist in a game record (14) vs Morehead St.
Coach Small is entering his 6th year coaching basketball at St. Dominic. Coach Small previously coached at Ladue Horton Watkins High School where he coached the football team from 2015-2018 where they went to a Final Four in 2017 and the State Final in 2018 and the Freshman Boys Basketball team for a 39-7 record. Before that Coach Small spent 4 years playing basketball at Westminster and Elmhurst College, and was blessed to play for a small time overseas in Germany. Coach Small played basketball at Dee-Mack High School in Illinois where he was an All Conference, All Regional, and All State Honorable Mention Athlete. Coach Small holds records at Dee-Mack for 3 pointers made, Blocked Shots, and Scoring.
Coach Moore is entering his 6th year coaching basketball at St. Dominic. Coach Moore graduated from Washington University in 2000. He served as the Student Assistant at Washington University for the Men's Basketball team from 1996-2000. Coach Moore before coming to St. Dominic, was the JV/Varsity Assistant coach for the Boys Basketball team at Fort Zumwalt North from 2008-2010.
During Tylers own time spent as a student at St. Dominic, he had the opportunity to volunteer with multiple youth basketball teams for young players within the St. Charles county area. Volunteering with youth and basketball would kickstart Tylers passion and love for coaching. Tyler was apart of the University City Lions and Parkway North Boys Varsity Basketball coaching staffs. During this time, Tyler coached the MO Thunder AAU basketball organization. Beginning in Fall of 2021, Tyler became the Head Coach of the St. Dominic JV Boys Basketball team, leading the team to a 16-10 season. He looks forward to another season full of joy and success, surrounded by the best families, fans, and community in all of St. Louis!--
Coach Anthony Pangan is entering his 4th season as a coach for the Crusaders. He played basketball at JFK High School for 4 years. After graduation, he went on to play Club Basketball at Truman State University along with playing intramurals for his fraternity. Coach Pangan graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and graduated with a Master’s Degree in Education in 2018. Last season, his freshmen team earned the record of 14-5. He is looking forward to a successful season!
Coach Mic Fox is joining the coaching staff this year. He was raised in the St. Louis area, where he attended St. Francis Borgia High School, playing on the 2011 Final Four basketball team. While studying at Truman State University, Coach Fox played on the men’s club basketball team, and was also the head coach for the women’s club basketball program. During the summer, he coaches American Legion baseball for his hometown Washington. The team has finished 4th or better in the State each of the past four years, including a state championship in 2021. Coach Fox is incredibly excited to bring his experience to this great program.
