• Preschool to Grade 4 students may borrow a maximum of 3 books per transaction.

• Grade 5 students may borrow a maximum of 4 books per transaction.

• Grade 6 students may borrow a maximum of 5 books per transaction.

A student may borrow books for seven (7) days.

Borrowed book/s may be renewed twice (2x).

• A damaged or lost book must be reported immediately to avoid the accumulation of fines.

• The Grade School Learning Resource Center requires the borrower to replace the damaged or lost book with the latest edition of the same title & author and pay a processing fee of PHP 60.00.

• In case the book is not available in any bookstore, the book may be replaced by another title with a similar subject.

• Students are given two (2) months to replace the book.

Overdue books are books that are not returned on time. 

• An overdue fine of PHP 2.00 per book per day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) will be charged to the student if she fails to return the books on time.

Online Public Access Catalog, also known as OPAC, is an online database of all the resources and materials held by a library that is available to the public.
