Parent Laptop Survey Results

In December 2019 parents and guardians were asked to complete a laptop survey. Year 10 to 13 parents were surveyed because students are able to bring their own device from Year 10 upwards, provided the laptop meets the required specifications.

These factors were used as criteria when choosing the model for 2019/20.

The ACER Travelmate P6 is:

• Lightweight at 1.22 kg

• Technical support is offered with a three year warranty with accident damage protection with unlimited claims. Plus technical support at school from the IT & Resources Team

• Long battery life of up to 13 hours.
