Insurance Coverage (Optional)
Years 7-9
As users of the School Supported Laptop model our 3-year Accidental Damage Protection plan, which comes as standard with the laptop package, will cover you for most cases when a laptop is damaged, but sometimes laptops are lost or stolen. For this reason, we suggest that Zurich Insurance provide an insurance option for all new school laptops. This is optional because you may find your home contents insurance policy already covers the laptop, in which case there is no need to take out a further policy. The policy must be taken out no more than 3 months from receipt of the laptop, is with Zurich directly, and not in any way handled by Sha Tin College.

Years 10-13
If you have purchased a School Supported Laptop, you are in the same position as Y7 to 9, so please refer to the information above.
