AR Reading requirements
The Accelerated Reader Requirements for the 4th Grade will be the following for each quarter (approximately 9 weeks):
Students will be required to read and take AR tests throughout each quarter. A goal will be set for each student based on prior goals and conversations between the student and Mrs. Sander.
Students will take a Star test. This will tell us the general range in which a student should be able to comprehend successfully. Students are allowed to read books above and below their range.
No pictures books are allowed. Students should be reading chapter books. Books must be worth 1 point or more.
