Adv. Algebra II

Advanced Algebra II is a slower-paced high school course designed as a continuation for students who have completed Intermediate Algebra but have not passed the MCA test or do not have their Algebra II credit. This course builds on the algebra concepts introduced in Algebra I and focuses on advanced topics such as polynomial functions, exponential and logarithmic functions, and complex numbers. With a strong emphasis on interactive learning through blended print and digital resources, students will have opportunities to explore, collaborate, and reflect on their understanding of the material, ultimately aiming to build confidence in their math abilities. 

Graphing calculators will be utilized throughout the course, and it is recommended for students planning to take Advanced Algebra II to acquire a graphing calculator for this class.
