Hidden in Plain View - Did you know that the average age a child experiments with drugs or alcohol is 11?  What would be the reaction if we were struck by nearly 21 terrorist attacks on the scale of 9/11 every single year? That’s the toll the opioid epidemic is taking on our country.  Do you know what to look for in regard to alcohol or drug use?  Signs of drug and alcohol use are often in plain view but go unnoticed.  Addiction is Real is a nonprofit organization founded in 2015 by a group of concerned parents that are determined to engage as many schools, groups, and parents as possible to push our message through. It is our hope that we have done our job and educated enough parents and educators to help kids avoid going down a path that all too often ends in tragedy.  Come and experience this powerful, interactive presentation for yourself.
