I am so excited to have the opportunity to be teaching the first graders this year. This will be my 18th year of working at St. Charles. I've had several titles over the years such as Teacher Aide, 4K Teacher, 2nd Grade Teacher, 3rd Grade Teacher, and now 1st Grade Teacher for the second year. As for my personal life, I've been engaged to my fiance John since Feb. 2020. I have no children of my own but I have 9 awesome nephews and nieces that I love to spoil! I come from a large family with 16 pairs of aunts/uncles as well as 60+ cousins that are now multiplying their family numbers.

My class will be learning a lot from each other. I hope to help them grow even more in their experiences of writing as well as helping to create a love for reading.
