Hello, my name is Ann Hanaway.  I have been teaching at St. Charles Elementary School since 1995. I started out teaching technology classes, then moved to first grade, and have finally graduated to fourth grade. All three of my children have attended St. Charles School. I enjoy reading, staying active, and vacationing with my family. Teaching is a job that keeps me young. Being surrounded by young people in the energetic environment of a school is a great way to keep my outlook youthful and it is a tremendous satisfaction watching a child discover new learning and growing in their faith.  At St. Charles, I am surrounded by supportive parents and teachers. I value teaching at a Catholic school where students will not only grow academically but will also grow spiritually in their knowledge and love for God.
