I have been blessed to be a part of the St. Charles community my whole life!  I am an alumni and parish member and I have celebrated all my sacraments here.  I taught Religious Education classes and helped run the Mission Trip Program before we started our own family.  I graduated from UW Milwaukee and have been teaching second grade for 13 years.  St. Charles truly feels like home and I am excited to have my own children here now as well. 

Second grade is such an exciting year!  In addition to celebrating the sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Eucharist, we shift from learning to read, to becoming readers and from learning to write to becoming writers. Second grade focuses on building classroom community, instilling a love of reading, and creating lifelong learners who are deeply rooted in their faith.  It is a big year of growth in all areas.  

My husband, Andy, and I have been married for 12 years and have 3 children - Chloe (9), Emmi (7) and Joey (5).  We love to go camping and enjoy watching the Brewers and Packers play.  We live in Merton in the house that my Grandparents built.  My mom was a Jungbluth and my grandpa built the house on a piece of farmland my Great Grandfather gave them.
