The User Support Staff will discuss some common problems they see and what you can do to avoid them. They will review some basics to maintain your computer and what you can

do when you run into a problem. Feel free to bring your own device and follow along.


Presenters:

Andy Curto, (pronouns he/him), is the primary Audio/Visual Staff for the classrooms on campus. He has an AS in Teleproduction and Multimedia Technologies from STCC. In 2009 Andy started working part time and in 2018 he became full time.


Josh Sanofsky is the most recent addition to the IT Helpdesk in 2020. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his past positions. Josh holds a BA from UMass Amherst. He has certifications in Apple and CompTIA A+ and Network+.
