Advancing AI at STCC
This panel outlined our STCC strategic framework for AI, detailing the roadmap for an upcoming pilot program, and explained the pathway toward broader college-wide deployment.  Presenters provided an update on AI policy development at the college and shared how campus groups can provide input into the development of secure, practical, and ethical guidelines.

Bridging the Entry-Level Gap: Turning Classroom Learning into Career Readiness

This session explored strategies for designing projects that become résumé-ready experiences, aligning syllabi with National Associate of Colleges and Employers (NACE) career competencies, and providing students with concrete language and talking points to confidently articulate their skills on résumés and in interviews.

Dr. Hill shared Key insights from the 2026 AHSIE Best Practices Conference, including strategies for advancing equity, strengthening Hispanic-Serving Institution practices, and promoting student success.
