Rates of reaction are affected by 4 things:

• 1. Surface area of solid reactants (if solids used)
• 2. Temperature
• 3. Concentration of reactants (if solutions used)
• 4. The presence of a catalyst

How to calculate a rate of reaction:

Reversible reactions
