The purpose of religion class is to help students grow in their faith and relationship with Jesus Christ. Religion classes will consist of a combination of textbook assignments, projects, and assessments. Students are expected to be prepared for class and participate in opportunities for learning, prayer, and spiritual growth.
Daily, students should bring their Religion notebook, textbook, and a pen or pencil. Chapter tests will always be open book and reflect the Lesson Review on the last page of the chapter. However, the mid-term and final exam will not be open book. The questions for those exams will come from the chapter tests, including the essay questions. Students are expected to save the chapter assessments to serve as a study guide for the mid-term and final.
At this time: the 7th Grade Religion mid-term will be the week of January 20, 2026 and the final on May 28, 2026.
Check Google Classroom for class resources and information.
