Week of 6/1/26

Monday, 6/1/26:  Field Day. Please visit the school's website on attire and events for the day or you can click on the following link for information: St. Bart’s Field Day Frolics 2026 Flyer

Tuesday, 6/2/26: Today is R for Reading Day. The children will be able to bring in a favorite book to read. Today is also step-up day. The children will be visiting the third-grade classrooms. 

Wednesday, 6/3/26:  We will have gym. Gym uniforms are required.  Today is S for stuffie Day. The children will be permitted to bring their favorite stuffie to school. 

Thursday, 6/4/26: T is for trade your teacher day.  Library has concluded. Please be sure that all library books are returned. 

Friday, 6/5/26:  U if for Under the Sea Day. Formal uniforms are not required, as we will not be going to church. Today is also 11:30am dismissal.  

• Green folders are to be brought to school each day.  This is how the children will bring home important papers and work. Please clean the folders out each day. 

• Please be sure to notify me of any changes to dismissal. You can reach out by email (afornarelli@stbartseb.com) or by sending a message on class dojo. 

• St. Bart's is a nut free school. Please read all labels to be sure all snacks and lunch items are nut-free.  The ingredients of some favorite snacks have changed. Please read all labels. Only water is allowed at snack time. Disposable water bottles are not permitted.  All other beverages can be consumed during lunch time. 

**The front office has asked that children come to school with raincoats fitted with a hood instead of an umbrella on rainy days.  This will help minimize issues at dismissal. **

UPCOMING DATES:

6/8 - 6/12: Half Day 11:30am Dismissal

6/11: Last day of afterschool care. 

6/12: All school Mass. Last day of 2nd grade. We will be attending Church. Formal uniforms are required.
